Congregations and Religious Leaderships:
This is our effort
to identify those religious leaders and congregations that are in support
of Same-Sex Civil Marriage.
You will find two
forms at the following link -
Congregation & Religious Leadership
Resolutions. One is for the
Religious Leader and one is for
the position of the Congregation regarding their
support for Same-Sex Civil Marriage. Please complete the forms and return
them to the address above.
We would also
appreciate information regarding any programs you may have in support of
the gay community. This information can be in the form of your bulletin,
brochures, or articles. We will also appreciate it if the Leaders will
indicate if they are available for consultation with members of the
community who are struggling with the issue of religion and their
sexuality.
We desperately need
your support as we try to counter the efforts of those religious groups
who are working so diligently against our receiving basic civil and human
rights.
We plan to have an
accurate list of available religious services available on the GayPASG
website, and with your help, hope to keep it current. We look forward to
your support as we expand our efforts in the religious community.
