Gender Identity Bill in New Jersey

The New Jersey Legislature currently has a bill, introduced by Assemblyman Reed Gusciora, that would add gender identity/expression as a protected category under the NJ Law Against Discrimination in all areas--employment, housing, and public accommodations.
This bill would enhance and strengthen New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year.
