A Small World Story Here: My first visit to the Civil Rights Commission was on December 10, 2002. My spouse Richard and I spend time in Texas each Christmas to visit with our family. We knew there was a new Modern Art Museum in Fort Worth so made time for a visit. While in the museum, we accidentally crossed paths with Dr. Anand and his wife. He recognized me and said something like "I know you from somewhere" and I replied that I had met him too.  It was hard to believe that we had just met on Dec. the 10^th.

Commissioner Anand started his term with the Commission in January of 1996. Dr. Anand has his own consulting firm, which specializes in organizational diversity. John C. Campbell, January 14, 2003
